i'd say that your torque wrench needs calibrating??? you should be able to do that with a bathroom scale. pull vertical and use length of wrench and weight reading to check torque wrench. they should feel just right at that torque. the 2.0L torques to the same reading. i use engine oil and dip bolt in it. very important to lube it to reduce friction losses resulting in undertorque.
