Fuel Pressure Guage and Test ?s

Anyone have a recommendation for a fuel pressure guage and where to tap into the 16v engine? The Bentley manual vaguely explains unscrewing the end of the fuel rail; so you would need a guage with the correct threading. Plus, how to hook up the guage and keep the fuel flowing for the engine to run during the test?
Sears sells a generic guage, I doubt the fittings would be correct.
Thanks!
