If you an air compressor, locate the drain holes inside the sunroof and see if you can clear them with the air. With the sunroof fully open, there are two drainholes in front and two drainholes in back near the corners. Otherwise, use a long wire to "snake" the drains. I have used heavy gauge (insulated) electric wire which worked well. Just be careful, the drain hoses are rubber and could be cut with a sharp object. Good luck.
