He can open just one bleeder and gravity bleed the system. This doesn't work for the clutch, but it will work for the brakes.
Open 1 bleeder at a time. Remove resevior cap. Fluid will drip out bleeder. Let it drip until fluid looks clean, then proceed to next wheel. Keep an eye on fluid level in resevior, because if it runs out, you'll get air in the line.
You can use a piece of vacuum hose on end of bleeder to direct waste fluid to a cup to avoid a mess.
This is how I ALWAYS did my brake fluid changes until I bought a miti-vac
