Hi gang,
Just went to get my tires rotated at LesSchwab here in Portland,OR. and was told my tires were very worn. Funny thing is the tires only lasted me about a year. They were worn only on outside quarter of each tire but the inside and middle of the tires were in great shape. They said this is normal for Saabs and I should get an alignment but that would only help so much.

Anyways, I currently have Nokian tires that ride very smooth and have the aqua tread line in them which is great when it rains. I was told they don't make them anymore. I was quoted three different tires for replacement that would be comparable:

P195/60R-15 87th Grand Spirit Aqua flow GTX blackwall 50K $70.29 each
P195/60R-15 87th Proxes H4 blackwall 50K $90.80 ea
P195/60TR-15 Z-800 Ultra All Season 100K $96.31 ea

So, anyone ever had any of the above tires or can recommend a good tire for a smooth ride? I know the cheaper tires can make for a very rough ride in Saabs (at least what I've been told.) I just want the same smooth ride as my old Nokians and prefer to spend $300 range for all 4 tires. However I may go for the 100k mile tires above since it would be only $100 more w/double the warranty.

btw..I have an '89 non turbo AT 900 that is running smooth at 120K
