I would start with whatever spray lube you prefer (WD-40?) and spray the bushings on the upper control arm and lower control arm. See if that cures the squeak. If not try the shock mounts with spray lube. Bounce it around and see if that does anything. If that is unsuccessful it could be anything from a dry ball joint or tie rod end to a bad shock. When a car gets old it will develop squeaks in those bushings and stuff that doesn't get replaced in the life of the car.
