You turn them 90 degrees to remove. They're located directly behind those two small flaps you see at the top of the speedo cluster. The small flaps block the light from going in your face. ONce you remove them, the bulbs pull out of their holders. Then run up to pep boys and get some 3 watt bulbs. I used 5 watt because they were out of 3 watt. I turned the rheostat downs some.
