Measure the resistance of the NTC sensor at various temperatures. It may be giving the ECU incorrect engine temperatures.
FPR may be bad. Both this and NTC sensor can give you rich running.
Another thing that would do this is a loose or broken rubber connector between the turbo and the throttle body. (I remember a post about this very problem a month or so ago. A split connector was the problem. Check this first.)
Shift light staying on says that either the throttle isn't fully closing, the TPS isn't adjusted correctly or has bad contacts inside, or the ECU has a bunch of bad grounds.
ISAT is a handy thing, but the readouts don't tell you if a sensor is bad or if a part is loose - those you have to check yourself.
