Hi all. Perhaps I should introduce my self. I have had 5 SAABs but they were all 95 or 96s I just bought a 92 900 It is in good shape, but I need to add cruise control and better seats, and I need to disable the SRS.

I have a great wife who is 5 foot tall. That means she sits VERY close to the air bag. To close. I just want to disable it. (the air bag, not the wife) I have looked in the Bentley manual and found that there is a 2 pin orange connector below the steering column Can I just pull this connector and still operate the car? Will I get a light on the dash? Can I pull the wheel and switch it for one from a older SAAB?
