if it's similar to my older cars.. you can get to it by removing the heater duct screw and folding it down. The fuel relay is the rearward one. FOrward one is system relay. It's kind of hard to get a grip but you can wiggle it back and forth. Much easier than removing kick panel. I once had to use a small flat screwdriver to pry it loose. WHen you pull it out, remember the orientation so you'll know what way to turn it when replacing it.
