How many miles since you replaced the pads.Did you clean the new rotors of the preservative before installation if not I suppose a slight chatter could occur from the anti rusting preservative. As far as guide pins I would think that there should be zero play but no binding. I am getting ready to change out rotors and pads on my 900 I may have a similar problem. There is a slight pulsing when the car is first driven but gets much more pronounced after a few normal stops. Havnt noticed any leaks. Its hard to imagine that a little normal driving ie. no hard stops would cause the rotors to warp so quickly.
Maybe your vibration or chatter may disappear as the pads "seat in" jk
