One is far left (under the left vent)
One is just to the left of the steering wheel.
The other two are located behind the top of the center console. You have to remove the center console to get to them.

To remove the center console:
1)Lift up the rubber accordian looking thing between the shifter and the center console. Compress it on the sides with your fingers to get it out.
2)Remove those two bolts under the rubber thing.
3)Remove the ashtray.
4)Remove the 10mm center bolt holding the center console to the lower dash.
5)Remove the 4 screws holding the plastic part of the center console to the carpeted part.
6)Gently pull forward an rotate the console clockwise. Be patient, this can be a pain to do without cracking the center console lower mount holes.

BTW, this will expose the secret hidden 13MM lower dash bolt!!
The other HIDDEN lower dash bolts (10mm) are accessible from the far inside corners of the engine compartment.
Once you remove these, ALL the wiring, switches, etc, are EASILY accesible!
