It sounds as if your alternator belts may be loose. Since you just had a new alternator I would guess that the belts have stretched out. If it squeals when the heater motor is on[cold mornings] and with the headlights on try turning them off and see if it goes away.
Open the hood and look down in the engine compartment at the bottom of the windshield in line with the driver's side windshield wiper. You will see the alternator attached to the engine and it has two belts running around the pulley on the front of it. Reach in and push down on the belts if you can push down more than 1/4" or so they are Probably too loose.
Not a big deal to tighten the belts just scrounge up a 17mm and a 13mm wrench loosen the 17mm nut on the top of the alternator where it attaches to the bracket and tighten the 13mm not on the threaded rod that is sticking out on the side of the bracket[self explanitory] until the belts can be pushed down 1/4" or so.
