Like Pat and others said, before you start disconnect the neg. battery cable. Then on the back of the steering wheel there are two torx screws that hold the airbag to the wheel. Loosen these...they don't come out of the wheel, just come out of the airbag assembly. Gently take the airbag away from the wheel. You will see the connector(s) for the bag, take these off and viola'. Just be gentle with everything.

To get the wheel off, loosen the big nut. Then work the wheel in small motions to free it up. LOOSEN the nut here because if you take it off the wheel may hit you in the face when it comes off. When the wheel is loose you can take the nut off. ALSO...before you do this mark on the wheel and the collar behind the wheel where the center spot is...this will make reassembly easier because you will know where to line the wheel up.

After that it is just disconnecting the horn. Make sure you don't put the key in while the airbag is out...like Pat said, then you'll have to get the dealer to reset the SRS light.

Reassembly is the opposite. Just take your time and it will be fine. I've taken the wheel off a couple of times with no problem....although after I got everything back together after replacing my dash I did duck below the airbag just in case before turning the key the first time ;o).

Very easy job.
