My sis has an '89 900S,she called me one evening when it would'nt start when after she was finished shopping for groceries...I ran down to check it out & it ended up being a bunk ECU(of course!)-no biggie-BUT,as I got into my car and was backing out of the parking space the "horror of the lower A-arm" struck!-whatta drag,now both our Saabs were sitting immobile...luckily,all I needed was another A-arm & some needle bearings that were lost out of the CV...If you're really worried about it,take the advice & buy a beefy one from Scanwest...theres no such thing as a rewarding car that does'nt require maintenance,don't get too disillusioned-it's springtime!
