Front wheel bearing / steering knuckle question?

Last night I took apart the front end on my 88 Convertible to replace all of the CV boots and some other parts. While I had it apart I decided to inspect my front wheel bearings. The left wheel bearing appeared to be OK for a bearing with 130,000 miles on it. However, the right bearing seemed to be sloppy in the steering knuckle. I thought this was supposed to be pressed into the knuckle. The bearing itself seems OK and I wasn't experiencing any symptoms of a bearing problem prior to this. From reading previous posts on wheel bearing problems I noticed some discussion about shimming the front wheel bearing vs. loctite to hold in place. Is this a case for this or do I need to replace the knuckle and bearing? If I do need to replace I have a good knuckle from an '84. However, I think they changed the part in '88 to accomodate th new brake design. Any ideas?
