Look for a good two part epoxy that works well for metal to metal surfaces and to a reasonably high temperature (it's on the throttle body so it doesn't have to be more than a few hundred degrees).
Remove the insert(s) from the throttle body and the Hose(s) one evening, after work. Clean out the hole(s) and the insert(s) well and dry them out. Then Mix up the epoxy. Apply the epoxy to the outside of the insert(s), not the inside of the hole(s). Push them in as far as they go (I even gave them a slight rap with a rubber mallet). Let them sit overnight. Remember to reinstall the hose(s) in the morning, and your good to go.
