If the CEL comes on, there is a problem with the O2 sensor. Since you have replaced it, then the O2 sensor is finding some problem with the fuel/air mix. Since you also have idle problems when warm, I'd suspect the Automatic Idle Control valve. It is a silver metal cylinder mounted just above the thermostat housing on top of the engine, with an electric connection on the top and two hoses coming out of it on the bottom.

Remove the AIC, and get a can of 3M throttle body or fuel injection system cleaner. Turn the AIC upside down, put on a mask, and spray a quarter of the can into the AIC holes. Let it soak in for a few hours, then repeat. A lot of black gunk will come out. Wipe it all off, shake as much of it out as possible, then remount the AIC and reconnect the hoses and electric connection. This solved the problem on my 900... the black gunk keeps the little silver door inside from completely closing or opening, affecting the mix. This only happened when warm outside.

Use the rest of the 3M cleaner to spray the throttle body itself, especially the throttle plate. This gets gunked up with soot as well. To do so, remove the black flexible rubber air duct that runs to the throttle body from the air filter housing.

If this doesn't help, then you might want to consider replacing the Air Mass Meter (AMM). You can get a rebuilt one for < $200 from parts suppliers on this site.
