The 3 BAR(45psi) or perhaps 30psi valve will work fine. The pressure or vacuum required to close or open(respectively) the valve is not related to the pressure rating. The pressure rating only refers to the ability of the diaphram to not rupture under high boost. That said, the standard valve will probably be OK unless you are bypassing your boost cutoff switch and running well over 15psi boost.
