I have a 90 SPG and a C900 ragtop. Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me, but shouldn't the badges be up higher? The "900 Turbo" should be up and to the right, with "16 Valve" down below, right? Maybe 1989 is different...
Side note, I put an offer on a parts car, but the body was TOTALLY messed up. You could tell there was body work and one big hint was the hatch had SAAB on the left, roundel in the middle, and 900 on the right. I've never seen the roundel in the middle! Bottom line, I look at badges as an indication of body work. It's not 100% effective, but if the badges are way off, you know you have to do some homework.
