Didn't have a ton of time last night but took a quick look. It looks easy enough but the wires for the cruise( I am guessing that these are the ones for the cruise 4 wires brown, green, yellow and I think red, that come out of the stalk rather than the pulg) I can't seem to find where these connect. It looks like disconnecting them properly might involve knee bolster removal which seems to be a pita (from previous posts). This is my first real diy job so I am trying to keep it as simple as possible. I am planning to replace the turn signal with one w/o cruise (cruise hasn't worked for years) so I am considering just cutting them (cruise wires). Could someone confirm that these 4 wires are the cruise wires. Also, does the plug for the other wires just pull off the back of the switch? Looks like it but I didn't want to break it.
TIA,
Dirk
