Wierd Electrical Problem

I changed the instrument cluster on my 90 SPG last weekend. Now when I put the left blinker on, the bright light idicator comes on dim. The turn signal indicator arrow is also dim. When i start the car, the tach pulses from 0-300 RPM at the same frequency as the blinker blinks. Is there a diode in the cluster that may be blown that would cause this? Any ideas? Oh, the SRS light also flashes. I tried reseating the cables on the cluster and changing the bulbs since they were easy to get to with no luck. Help!
