I used stuff in a can called "Superlube" to loosen up the passenger side window on my '88 900S. I needed to work the window up and down until it operates smoothly. It's pretty thick stuff, but it works into the pivot pins pretty decently. Triflow worked decently, too. After you get it loosened up, you may want to consider putting a good lithium grease on the window mechanism pivots, gears, and slides.
