I was considering installing a set of SPG panels onto my S, to almost complete the SPG exterior apearance. (Have SPG rims, and SPG springs installed)

I was wondering about the drilling into the body, and keeping those areas nice and dry/rust free. When i put my spoiler on, I make sure to seal it all well, and that it had proper drainage, and the steal area was sealed. Since the panels are much lower to the road, having the ability to gather more water, and the ocassional seasoning of road salt (SE Ohio), I was wondering if adding these panels is going to greatly increase rust problems. If so, I am thinking of opting out, and calling it quits.

I know that prep usually is where all the work should be in any such project (I have painted int/ext houses for 3 years), but what are your stories, and advise?
