If you've got the stock Bosch Pilots, yeah, there are things that hold the lenses in. Two rectangular plastic bits per light, screwed vertically into each side of the housing. With the lense held in place by hand, you'll where they would go and what they'd screw into.

I'm not readily aware that you can buy these parts alone, but you should have no trouble finding them in a junkyard - plenty of broken fog lights out there to choose from! :)
