You may have a weak alternator, or faulty voltage regulator. When I put my windows up they ususally drain about a volt. Then when they get to the top, if you are still pressing the button, it will suck alot of voltage from my car and kill the voltmeter (registers about 11 volts). The headlights dim, my stereo dims, etc.... I think the window motors draw alot of power.
Also try greasing up the window gear thingy (lol sorry for bad description)
