Bentley is a good reference. Be sure you use the spacers on your car, not the donor car, and don't forget the spring on the inside of the driver.
Are you sure your used are good? Any play in the sleeve around the casting and it's not worth it. Are your donor drivers completely flat on the wear surface? And no mater what anyone says, put on a new boot and repack the grease for both the inner and the outer joint.
