Fuel Cut Off.

I currently have my fuel cut off switch bypassed (hoses connected togeather and wires togeather). I heard it is adjustable though and would rather have it just work at higher pressures. My fuel is cutting out still with it bypassed, probably not getting enough fuel to injectors. Could someone please tell me what to do to this fuel cut off switch to get fuel at high boost without a lecture on engine abuse? I know I need injectors and a RRFPR and a high vol. pump. etc...What can I say, I'm just nutty like that.
