I am in process of sorting all this out with the help of legal advice, Thanks Mike G!!!!! When it is all sorted out I will let you all know what happens, it just feels nice to vent to some people who know what they are talking about.
I think that also it matters that I am only 20 and the owner of the shop is in his late 30s early 40s. So I think age is playing factor in this too.
