Door alignment

Need help with door adjustment- drivers side front door on a '90. The striker pin is too low and will not go any higher. It looks as though the door is too high! How could this be? Over time wouldn't you expect the door to sag? How do I adjust the door alignment since the striker pin won't go any higher?
