Correct AMM Resistance?

Does anyone with a good AMM have the resistance values? I have mine set to 380 ohms or something, whatever baseline is. I live in Chicago- basically sea level . 88 900 turbo. Is there a safe way to clean it? I know it has a burn off function, but I also know it doesnt do much.
