I had my moulding, panals painted a semi satin flex (spiez hecker) My friend had his panals painted the same as the car 204bcode. I was at one point thinking of going the silver/light gray of the rims for panals.Any ways I know the negligance of repair people. I have sued (small claims) 5 times for paint or engine work. Won 4 lost 1. I would bring in a sample of a stock piece to him, and say " does this look like a match to you ?" because to me it doesnt. So can you just make it right...If he doesnt want to then get 35 - 50$ the next day and file a small claims, have it served the same day or next..then see him in court or he will negotiate with you . It sounds like an easy fix. I know its frustrating dealing with primal beings! Some people just dont care, or they dont have a good eye, or .......etc!
