so I took a die grinder to that tongue near the EGR/turbo flange (inside). Seemed like a good thing to do.
The boss right there will get a EGT probe.
Couple of questions:
The Craftsman 1/4" die grinder kit came with pink, white, & blue grinding stones. What do the colors mean?
Was it a good thing to remove that baffle/tongue on the inside of the exh. manifold near the turbo flange? While the exh. is off should I bother with anything else?
TIA,
Ed S
