Yeah, BTDT. My advice is:

o Be sure you really want to install the amp under the back seat. For a smaller/low power amp this is surely fine, but there isn't a whole lot of ventilation down there and a bigger amp may ultimately get upset with you. I had a 4x45 Pioneer under the rear seat that was fine, but a 2x150 Coustic amp was *not*. It would overheat and shut down.

o Consider moving the head unit to the lower DIN slot. I've done pretty well with installations this way, and there is a lot more room to mess with cables down there.

o If you are going to use the top DIN slot, I'd recommend removing the driver's seat and the center console (with the DIN slot & storage bin) as it will make moving cables around a LOT easier. With the console out of the way, you have access to a couple wire-routing clips along the firewall that make the job easier & cleaner.

o If you are using high-quality shielded cables (Monster, etc.) you can pretty safely run the RCAs down the center of the car. If you're not, and/or your stereo doesn't support 4v preout, you *may* be better off running the RCAs down the outside of the car, along the door sill. There's a lot of wiring in the middle of the car and it's right over the catalytic converter. The former creates electrical noise, the latter causes heat. :)
