Get a Bentley manual for reference, or at least a Haynes.
Use a large nylon zip tie to hold the caliper to the spring without stretching/twisting/damaging the brake hose while you work the discs. Use a caliper piston press ($15 at PepBoys) to retract the front pistons into the caliper. Leveraging a screwdriver may cock the piston in its bore and requires a new caliper. Rear caliper pistons are pushed back via set screw on rear (inboard) side of rear caliper. Dont force the pistons in or you ruin the retraction mechanism and you will need a new caliper.
Have an impact hammer ready in case the set screw is on tight. Recommend you buy the phillips head set screws that hold the disc to the hub in advance in case they strip, the pin type that sets the wheel (fifth hole in wheel) comes off with a 10 mm wrench. Use antisieze on these two bits when reinstalling. Use anti squeal shims on backs of pads and use copper grease on sliding pins on front calpiers. Check for soft/damaged brake hoses.
Go easy on the new pads for first 50 miles or so, no panic stops.
Let us know how you make out.
