On my '92 I was able to remove the front bumper in about 5 minutes, and that included undoing the foglight wiring, and the headlight washer wiring and tubing. The entire front bumper is secured by two 8mm hex-headed bolts (one on each side, outboard of the body extensions...) The lower fascia/air dam comes off with the bumper, and is secured to the little side moldings by two (2mm or 3mm) hex headed screws (again, one per side).

I haven't done the rear, but it shouldn't be much harder than the front.

Almost as easy as changing the oil... and not as messy.
