Follow normal lock removal instructions. I just posted them to JPIII yesterday, (see http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/900/index.html?bID=222125). Then there are only 2 different/additional steps.
On the step that requires inserting the key and depressing the internal spring, well, .... you don't have a key. What you do instead is get a long thin nail punch that fits into the hollow space you get by drilling out the plug. Place the punch in the hole and hit several times hard with a 2-5 pound hammer. This crushes the spring loaded thingy into place and out of the way. Then pull the lock cylinder by putting a screwdriver into the lock and prying up.
Now, the tricky part. Inside the hole that is left where the lock goes, there is a metal strip that fits the underside of the slot in the lock cylinder. Use a long needle nose pliers to line it up with the way it will hit the slot in the new cylinder when the new cylinder is in the accessory position, (you will know the accessory position, because that is the only position where the springy thing depresses and allows new cylinder insertion (kinky). Now insert, and after a little wiggling and maybe a false start or two, you are done!
Let us know how it works out! Best of luck.
