Windshield washers not working

I'm having trouble with my windshield washers- the 90o check valves have
been removed, but I think I have a leak somewhere because the pump motor
works but it take a LONG time of pumping by pulling on the stick to get them to actually pump fluid to the windshield.

Would replacing the rubber tubing lines be good, or should I look for a bad connection in the tubing, a leak, etc?

Also, what's a source for replacement tubing in the proper diameter?
