Are the inserts Saab specific? Do your OEM lug bolts fit in them perfectly? SAAB uses a specific wide angle conical seating on their lug bolts. The Conical seat has a non standardized angle. that's why when buying aftermarket rims, ppl should buy a new set of lug bolts from an aftermarket company. There's a standardized ange for the conical seats.

Now if your Ronals had seats specifically inserted to fit the wide angle of the saab lug bolt, you should use the OEM locks.You could probably get by using an aftermarket lock set though, as long as it's only one lug bolt on each wheel. Summit carriers two sets that have the right threading:

GOR-47020N Gorilla LOCKING LUG BOLTS 21.39
MCG-27181 McGard LOCKING LUG BOLTS 26.69
