Take the ECU, (VERY HANDY TO HAVE A SPARE - or send it to Ubipa), window switches(!), door actuators, at least 1 window regulator, hood emblem if in good shape, speedometer only if is a rare one that goes to 140MPH (most stop at 125), turbo to rebuild and save for when yours fails (if your car is not water cooled), all the relays(!), all the dashboard pushbutton thingies with their female plugs (cut the wires), radiator temperature sensor, ignition/key/locks for when yours fail(and they might), European headlights if it has them, motor AND gear for sunroof assembly for when yours fails (and it will), fuel pumps, radiator fans. You say you took the computer, but also cut out the female side from the car (the plug) so if you decide to make your adjustable from inside the car, (as some gearheads do), you can re-route the wiring. Odds are tranny and maybe engine are blown, so just take exterior stuff. Taking alternator is annoying, but consider it because it is nice to have around for rebuilding yourself and keeping for when yours dies. (Once you rebuild it, have it tested before installation to be sure it was done right). Also, take the cruise control/directional light switch assembly if it is in one piece and holds its direction (for when yours fails, and it will fail). Rear lights are nice to have.

If your car is 1988 or better, forget the rims, as they won't fit. Same with brakes and emergency brakes. I keep extra calipers around for exchanges when I get rebuilt parts. Just saves time and effort.

It is the little annoying things that if you have them in the garage or closet, you are golden.
