I used nylon zip ties to catch the end of the s hooks and pass them through the cut in the foam, the tie then gives you something to pull so it can be attached onto the frame/seat base.
Also, on S model seats, if the steel rod that is sewn into the seat base cover comes loose from the fabric due to age/wear, use small zip ties and punch holes in the inside overlapped leather to put it back into position. The rod helps hold the leather down into a recess in the foam to give it a tight sculptured look.
