wheel bearing. Not a simple job. It's far easier and cheaper to swap in a used steering knuckle complete with correct hub (and decent bearing) than it is to go out, buy an appropriate hub (not cheap, if new) and bearing, pull your steering knuckles, drag it all to the machine shop in a rental car, and reassemble it all under starlight.
Justin's approach is simple and elegant. Not to mention that he's done it a couple of times before.
