Here is a non mechanical way to look at it.
At this mileage, you're looking for
a) was it abused?
b) was the oil changed?
c) was it wrecked?
Does the engine compartment look sparkly clean, lightly dusty with oil in a few places, or filthy? Sparkly can be ok but us unusual unless the owner was a Capricorn, or unless they're hiding something. Filthy suggests no maintenance whatsoever.
Might try to guage how much of the clutch is left. If brand new, or less than half left, someone abused it or slipped the clutch a lot.
I don't know how to tell if the oil was changed regularly, except you can look for signs of small spils at the fill cap - all perfectly clean is unusual. What does the current oil look like? Is there mousse on the dip stick? Is there baked on oil very high on the dip stick - if so that could mean driven hot with low oil at this mileage.
As for wrecks, ask the owner. And look at it from all angles and pay close attention to the reflections. The curves are gradual and any disruption should tell. Look for fresher paint or clear coat on one side or the other.
How does it sound at freeway speed? At idle? should be pretty quiet.
