In a way so that the flat surface of oil line is not COMPLETLY true to the mating surface on the turbo.
I have seen that happen before. The two M8 bolts are not strong enough to tighten down the pipe if it off in flatness (especially over the short end of flange.
This can happen if someone moves the oil line away to make room for a turbo swap.
