Turbo engine has different pistons.... with a lower compression ratio. Using a n/a engine with turbo components bolted on can result in cylinder pressures which are too high for pump gasoline. Either reduce boost level, or use race gas.
So you need to choose either 1)low cr pistons with high turbo boost (stock turbo config), or 2) high cr pistons with low pressure turbo boost.
In other words, use the stock turbo engine in your swap.
