What color are the porcelains of the spark plugs? If they're white, then it's running too lean. If they're a powdery black, then it's running way too rich. FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator) may be a suspect.
You may want to pull the codes to see what's stored in the Fuel Injection computer (ECU).
If you haven't done so already, replace the usual tune-up suspects (plugs, wires, cap & rotor).
If that doesn't help, check for vacuum leaks or just replace the vacuum hoses and rubber bushings that hold the vacuum nipples into the intake manifold and valve cover on general principles.
When was the last time the O2 sensor was replaced. If you have over 100k miles on it, you may want to consider replacing the sensor.
Fuel pump may be weak or you may have a clogged fuel filter.
