Main Instrument panel Low fuel lightbulb hard to reach

All of the Main Instrument panel lightbulbs are accessible via the left speaker grille on the dash except for the Low fuel and the one above it.
The low fuel has fallen off and I am not having much luck trying to put it back in the hole and turn it. There is simply not enough room down there (another example of SAAb superb engineering...).
Does anyone know of a way to replace the low fuel lightbulb? Is there a tool that I can use to do this.
Thanks for any replies.
