Heater bypass valve hose routing!?? Posted by Frak [Email] (#1515) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Frak) on Mon, 19 May 2003 03:38:49 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I replaced the majority of my cooling/heating hoses yesterday. What I did wrong was take the hoses out all at once instead of one at a time. It took me forever and a day (That equates to an hour or so..) to guess what the correct routing for the hoses to the bypass valve were before I monkeyed with it. I am not interested in eliminating the valve at this time as I just put in new hoses. How can I be sure it is routed correctly? The heat works and the vehicle runs just a **** hair under half temp with new Mercedes anti freeze. Bentley is no help in the routing department. Anyone got a pic of that part of the engine I can look at? Thanks for the time.
