I've talked to the guys at JP- father/son team (met son- forgot name)... heard nothing but great things.

Saaab Store on Gandy Blvd takes some heat on the BB, but in the past year they have really improved. They got a new shop manager (Fabian) and he knows customers. They also got rid of George, so no more greasy door handles.

I've had nothing but good experiences there and they've made right any bad ones. I like the SS, because you can pull in with dead AC, etc..., and if they are not completely slammed- they will fix it on the spot. Choose used or new parts- up to you; great selection of pull parts/cars!! You didn't hear it from me, but they may offer super-secret payment plan for those really expensive emergancies!!

PS- and they are installing a dyno!

PPS- if you ever have a serious problem that no one can handle (hunting)- head to the Scott Saab dealer on Florida Ave (not on 19)- I forgot the guys name, but he is THE premier C900 in town.
