Thump/rattle sounds like shock bushings to me.
Clicking noise may be CV Joints... is it more pronounced when turning?
I don't know what a thumming noise is, so i can't comment as to what that may be.
How do you know the brakes rub? My guess on that would be e-brake sticking (if manual transmission) or bad caliper (i'm suffering thru this one myself right now)
